What types of projects does PDDG take on?
We specialize in luxury custom homes throughout the South Bay — from ground-up new construction and full gut renovations to additions and interior design. If you're not sure which category fits your project, reach out and we'll help you figure it out.
What happens after I contact you?
We'll respond within one business day to schedule a complimentary discovery call. From there, we visit your site, listen to your vision, and develop an initial scope and fee proposal — no pressure, no commitment.
Do you work outside the South Bay?
Our primary service area covers Rancho Palos Verdes, Palos Verdes Estates, Rolling Hills, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Torrance, Lomita, and San Pedro. For the right project, we're open to working beyond those boundaries — contact us to discuss.
How long does a custom home take?
Every project is different, but a custom home typically moves through design and permitting (4–12 months) before construction begins. Build times range from 12 to 24+ months depending on scope and complexity. We'll give you a realistic schedule during the discovery phase.
Does PDDG handle permits and city approvals?
Yes. As a full-service design-build firm, we manage the entire process — from architectural drawings and engineering coordination to permit applications and city approvals. Our deep familiarity with South Bay municipalities means fewer delays and surprises.
