Founded by Junru Pan, Managing Director, AIA member, and LEED AP BD+C professional with over 13 years in the industry, Pacific Design & Development Group unites architecture, interior design, and construction under one cohesive team. Based at our Lomita studio, we have built a reputation throughout the South Bay for delivering homes that are as functional as they are beautiful.
